Beer No Evil - Worthing
2026-10-03
Address: 82 Brighton Rd, Worthing BN11 2EN
Pouring from: 5 kegs, no cask.
We drank: Festbier by unknown and Festbier by "Ansbacher" (Anspach & Hobday)
Very much a bar and not a pub, but still comfortable enough.
Fairly standard sort of cafe styled bar interior.
There was an Oktoberfest Beer "festival" going on when we went there so was serving almost entirely fest-style beers. All brewed by UK breweries which was pretty cool.
Again, beer kept very cold but it all was tasty. Slightly on the expensive side, but not crazy. £7.50 / pint or so.
Food was supplied by Magpies Magnificent Pies and the pies were amazing. We had a steak and ale pie - honestly one of the best one we've ever had. Certainly the best cold pie we've had in the UK.
We were served by the guy that ran the place. He was a lovely man and very knowledgeable about the beers and the area - even gave us 4 more pubs to check out while we were in Worthing. Seemed like a bit of a character too.
