The Cambridge Blue - Cambridge
2026-08-29
Address: 85-87 Gwydir St, Cambridge CB1 2LG
Pouring from: ~8 cask, ~10 kegs, ~ 5 ciders
We drank: Egyptian Cream by Nene Valley, and Oak by unknown.
Bustling pub absolutely covered head to toe in beer and associated paraphernalia - hardly a surface without any adverts or tap badges.
The pub has 4 separate areas as well as an outside space. We didn't check it out because it was raining. We sat in the front left room which had quite a lot of uncomfortable stools.
Beers were served and kept really well. You could just tell by the way the staff were working that they knew what was going on. Especially fantastic when a round comes in under £10 too.
There's a reason this pub is so popular - good ales, good prices, good staff, good everything all around. Not sure what else to say.
