We drank: Kosmos, Birch Pale Ale, Limoncello IPA, GF, All Cascate, Stout, Kask

Lovely big open upstairs taproom situated over the top of their brewery. Overall, feels like a pretty classic taproom located right on the border of industrial, maritime and fancy regeneration (I guess?). Large screens showing all the different beers.

Served beers in the standard 25cL or 40cL. Can't really complain about that - so does most of Europe, but it does leave one wanting a pint sometimes.

The first 2 beers were delicious and very clean. The "GF" might've been better called a "PPPA" Pretty Plain Pail Ale. There was nothing wrong with any of the beers at all, it's just it felt a bit like there was a severe lack of excitement. Even the "big" ones left an empty palate. (there were a large number of imperials, but we did not try them as we don't really like them).

The lack of variation & excitement particularly stood out as we were coming straight from Lithuania where every beer felt like it was ready to take you on an adventure and was all were very individual.

Music must've been from a playlist titled "Inoffensive Funky Jazz/Lounge". TBW didn't like it at all. I didn't mind it.

Food served was quite nice and high end looking standard tap room fare. Burgers, sandwiches, ribs, etc.

Hard to write a good review because of the severe lack of sleep over the last 3 nights of hotels, bad AC & heatwave. This probably also limited our ability to enjoy the place.
