The casks we drank were oddly cold - not too bad, but noticeable. Moderately good selection of beers

Cute low ceiling pub that was a little bit dimly lit. Lovely backyard which is where we sat.

Football on TV and a few locals dotted around. Everyone at the pub was certainly a local.

Excellent, friendly service - let us even open a tab.

Food was very cheap, and very cheerful. Don't expect to write home about it. But it was good enough, filling, good amount, and as mentioned, great service to match.
